CLI Dartriver was created in 2020 by Conren Land, Indigo Invest and Dartriver London.

Conren Land is a German investment manager which has successfully implemented numerous investment programs for private investors and institutional capital in Spain, Germany and now the UK.

Indigo Invest is an independent German Real Estate investment company which has invested extensively in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands and entered the London market in 2016.

Dartriver London was formed in 2019 by Neil Thompson and Ben Chambers.
