CLI Dartriver has pre-let on a new ten year lease 13,972 sq. ft. to Sweco on the lower ground, ground and first floors at Eldon House, EC2.

Sweco will take occupation in two phases having recently taken over the newly refurbished ground and lower ground floors where they are paying an average rent of £57.50 psf with the first floor completing in Spring 2024 at a rent of £70.00 psf.
